Welcome to GunnLawns. By booking or using our lawn care services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

GunnLawns provides residential lawn care services including, but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing

  • Trimming/edging

  • Yard clean-up

  • Seasonal outdoor maintenance

Services will be completed as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Quotes and Pricing

  • Prices are provided as estimates based on property size and service needs

  • Final pricing may change if the yard condition or service scope is different than expected

  • Customers will be informed of any price changes before work continues

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in delayed or cancelled future services

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a small cancellation fee

  • Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or equipment issues

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the lawn/property

  • Remove obstacles (toys, furniture, pet waste, etc.) before service

  • Keep pets secured during service

  • GunnLawns is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or obstructed objects.

Property Damage

We take care to avoid damage while working. If accidental damage occurs due to our mistake, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will review the situation and repair or compensate when appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Weak or broken sprinklers

  • Items left in the yard

  • Underground or hidden hazards

Satisfaction & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue.

Due to the nature of lawn care services, cash refunds are generally not provided, but we may offer corrections or service credits when appropriate.

Service Refusal

GunnLawns reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Aggressive animals are present

  • The property poses hazards

  • Payments are repeatedly late

Liability

GunnLawns is not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the cost of the services provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always apply to future services.
